I am peeing so much. I probably peed 50 times on Sunday alone. I have never been a good water drinker. In fact, I have probably spent the majority of my life in a state of early dehydration. This is completely foreign to me, but I am drinking a minimum of 64 oz of water a day and I am running to the bathroom every five minutes (at least it feels that way)!

Since Profile by Sanford is a "keto-like" process, my body is most likely starting to enter ketosis. My urine smells weird. I can't describe the smell, but it's odd. 

When you start Profile, do not be alarmed by the amount of pee. I started trying to read about this, and I am definitely going to ask my coach about it, but it appears to be a normal thing. Dustin is going through the same. 

Edited to add: Talked to coach, this is a normal thing, and it does slow down! Also, do not be alarmed by the weird urine smell - it goes away after a couple of days!
