So Thirsty!

I woke up this morning very thirsty. It is odd because I am rarely thirsty like that. My mouth was so dry and I felt like I needed water more than air. I am probably becoming a water addict. I pounded 12 oz of water and my morning protein shake and felt instantly better. Good news is, my hydration level is up! My Profile scale tells me about my hydration levels daily and I have gone from less than normal to normal hydration levels in just a few days. Woohoo!

Dinner last night was mahi mahi, which is a type of fish. I have never tried it before and I was drawn in by the name. Profile suggests trying to eat two servings of fish a week, and it's considered a very lean protein, so I get extra. I figured it was worth a shot and it turned out to be great! I will post a recipe of how I cooked it when I get a chance.

I did do a little bit of exercise last night as well, but I was pretty tired. I rode the stationary bike for about 20 minutes while Dustin did some cardio. My legs were numb when I finished, so I guess I got some benefit. I am not super motivated to exercise right now, and I am hoping the motivation comes along. Right now, I just feel like I am doing the bare minimum on everything in life to get by.

Nobody ever said that anything worth having in life was easy.
