Starting this journey of health and wellness has not been easy for us. We love to tailgate, have beers, and grill out. However, we got to the point where we were fed up with ourselves and wanted to feel better. Starting at 50+ pounds overweight, we are ready for a change, but do not want this to drastically affect our lifestyle. Join us as we navigate this path together and figure out what works and what doesn't work. 

We do not proclaim to be experts, nor do we intend for this blog to replace any sort of medical advice you may receive from your physician. Always talk to your doctor before embarking on any weight loss or fitness programs. 

This blog is merely a glimpse into our weight loss/fitness/healthy lifestyle journey, and if sharing this can make it easier for you, than we are glad to provide a sense of camaraderie. There are a lot of weight loss and fitness blogs out there. A lot. However, what we ultimately hope to provide is a success story from both of our perspectives.
